Refund & Service Satisfaction Policy We strive to ensure you are satisfied with your experience. However, due to the nature of our services, we have the following policies: • No Refunds: All service sales are final. We do not offer refunds on completed services. • Service Adjustments: If you are unsatisfied with your service, please notify us immediately. We will gladly offer a complimentary adjustment within reason. To comply with Virginia law, clients must be 18 or older. However, minors may receive select services with parental consent: Facials & Spray Tanning (14+) and Makeup (no age limit, but parental consent is required). A parent or legal guardian must be present for all appointments. For safety reasons, children under 12 are not permitted in treatment areas unless they are receiving a service.Business Hours

Cancellation Policy
We kindly request at least 24 hours notice for cancellations or rescheduling of appointments. Cancellations made within 24 hours of the scheduled time may be subject to a cancellation fee. No-shows will be charged the full service amount.
